Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by direct message on Instagram.

A confirmation will be sent to your email or phone once your appointment is accepted.

Please arrive on time. A 10 minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. In all cases, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. If canceled within the 72-hour window, the remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will not be eligible for any refund. In addition, the client must rebook the service and submit full payment again to secure a new appointment.

No-shows will not receive any refund or credit and will forfeit the full amount of the service.
